I'm a trained fashion designer and pattern cutter with a BA in fashion design, along with 25 years experience in the fashion industry.
I worked, starting out as a design room mangeress in a busy West End design studio in London. Since having my family, I then continued to work freelance, with a wide variety of clients, including high end designers, making patterns, toiles and final samples, for London Fashion week shows.
I have also worked for high street maufacturer clients, where I produced patterns and samples, along with attending design meetings and fittings with the buyers.
For the last three years I have been running my own online boutique, where I make and sell kimonos, along side sucessfully transforming over 300 wedding dresses to fit brides, working with two local bridal retailers on a regular basis.
